• Director of Business Development

The director of Business Development will be responsible for Directing, establishing, maintaining, and executing the overall policies and goals for the company's offerings to specific target markets . Identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. Coordinates and negotiates with the product development, marketing and/or sales group. Requires an MBA or a Master's degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Responsible for delivering revenue producing partnerships for the company's consumer solutions.

• Develop corporate wide sales presentations and materials that links with the company's solutions to the business strategy
• Creates, implements and manages sales programs for targeted channel partners, like affinity groups (e.g. Benefits companies,. e-marketplaces, insurance companies)
• Ensures accountability, status, progress, measurement and timely reporting for business development activities
• Responsible for P&L for the assigned partner categories Ideal Background & Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be an experienced and hands-on Sales and Business Development executive with excellent operational skills who has sold consumer data, credit and information solutions through various distribution channels. The candidate must demonstrate direct accountability for revenue growth to a minimum of $15M-$25M within 3years.The candidate must understand the consumer credit services (e.g., credit reports, credit scores) and the data clearinghouse model of service delivery.
• 7+ years sales and business development excellence
• Experience with selling Information Services directly to consumers and/or through distribution partners nationally and internationally.
• Has closed multi-year, six figure contracts and has familiarity with high transaction volumes (having a comfort level with large #s of transactions that need to be reconciled against data) and online web based applications.
• Experience creating standardized contracts (terms and conditions).
• Has P&L and budgetary management responsibility in the $1-5 M range.

• J2EE Application Developer

This position reports to the Director of Engineering. The developer performs application development for an consumer e-commerce web site. Most development work is performed in Java. Must be able to work without close supervision and be a quick Learner. The employee in this position works under the general supervision of the Director of Engineering, who reviews performance through based on results obtained.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications using J2EE technology and tools such as JSP and Java.
• Use Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Learn new technologies and development tools as assigned.
• Implement and/or document application designs and specifications.
• Provide thorough testing and debugging of systems.
• Assist in preparing application documentation and release notes.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination of training and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree
in computer science.

• Senior Data Modeler

The Senior Data Modeler will lead the analytics team that is responsible for developing core technology (Predictive Analytics Engine) and advanced analytical solutions for identity fraud models. Lead all aspects in research and development in machine learning and computational intelligence using existing and new models.

Responsibilities:

• Design an effective data model. Develop design documents detailing business rules, and source-to-target mapping for acquiring and distributing data.
• Conduct requirements analysis sessions with users to develop an agreed-upon model and obtain data requirements.

Qualifications:

• Senior Web Designer

We're growing rapidly and looking to hire a Senior Web Designer who will be responsible for creating sophisticated visual Web design solutions that speak to Identity Truth's customers and will have full ownership and oversight of all web content, design and functionality. In this role you'll develop and refine visual design concepts, on and off line ad campaigns, present his/her work independently, participate in critiques, project manage independently, and contribute toward the larger company's goals of creating high-end commerce-driving solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, design research skills, a creative and innovative approach that breeds new thinking, a strong understanding of graphic design (type, color, layout, composition, motion graphics), a current understanding of the Web vis-à-vis consumer facing brands, trends and current approaches, and understanding of Web technology, and an ability to work collaboratively.

In this role you'll develop new page prototypes for review by management and marketing, and prepare and implement new application pictures, product pictures, website graphics, designing innovative new pages with full graphics. Designing with relevant publishing systems, you'll be motivated to design for extreme optimization, solving complex design problems through research, analysis and a strong understanding of technology tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of directly related technical experience including screen and web 2.0 interface design.
• Expert level knowledge of design tools and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, advanced knowledge of Flash and AJAX preferred.
• Detailed understanding of best email and web practices, i.e. design optimization, usability and functionality
