Senior Data Modeler

The Senior Data Modeler will lead the analytics team that is responsible for developing core technology (Predictive Analytics Engine) and advanced analytical solutions for identity fraud models. Lead all aspects in research and development in machine learning and computational intelligence using existing and new models.

Responsibilities

Design an effective data model. Develop design documents detailing business rules, and source-to-target mapping for acquiring and distributing data.
Conduct requirements analysis sessions with users to develop an agreed-upon model and obtain data requirements.
Lead all aspects in data design, data modeling, and decision support systems.
Craft data architecture subject areas for implementation with minimal guidance.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Computer Information Systems, Economic Modeling, or the equivalent.
Demonstrated knowledge of the design and building of data models to support business reporting and analysis.
Relational databases - experience with both Oracle and MS SQL Server preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of transactional (ODS) modeling, dimensional modeling, data warehouse design, and development of data structures.
Requirements modeler; such as ER Studio (preferred), Erwin, System Architect, etc is a plus.
Experience with XML/XSL is a plus.
Advanced technical skills with data standards & architecture.
Broad exposure and experience with diverse technologies and applications.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and consistently meet deadlines.
Working knowledge within software development lifecycles (SDLC).
Must be a strong team player with a commitment to excellence.
Strong analytical, problem solving, algorithms and documentation skills.
